Please note Slick is located inside Kavoni Laser. The entrance door may be locked, we will let you in as soon as possible.

Access and Parking:

• Free street parking is available directly out front of the building.
• Free parking is also located at MacDonald Ave/Pender St, Gilmore Ave/Albert St, and Gilmore Ave/Pender St.
• Transit access from downtown Vancouver: R5 SFU bus. From Metrotown: 130 Kootenay Loop bus.

Cancellation Policy:

• We require a credit card on file for all bookings. Your credit card will not be charged without notification.
• Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or changes to your appointment.
• Guests who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the appointment amount. This also applies to same day bookings.
• Should a guest be more than 10 minutes late and the service(s) cannot be completed within the remaining time, the guest will be required to pay the full appointment(s) amount.
• No shows will be charged the full appointment(s) amount.
• You can cancel or make changes to your appointment via your Jane Account anytime greater than 24 hours.
